• Vendors must maintain valid business licenses and permits
• Vendors must comply with all local, state, and national pet breeding regulations

3.2 Pet Listings

• All pet information must be accurate and truthful
• High-quality, recent photographs must be provided
• Health certificates and vaccination records must be available
• Pets must be properly cared for and healthy at the time of sale

3.3 Vendor Conduct

• Vendors must treat customers with respect and professionalism
• All transactions must be conducted honestly and transparently
• Vendors must respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Vendors must maintain proper care standards for all pets

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Customers must ensure they can provide proper care for the pet

• Customers must treat vendors and pets with respect during visits
• Customers must complete payment as agreed upon
